This silver coin is to commemorate Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan 1,000 yen Silver Coin (Second Issue).
The obverse of the coin features “Myakumyaku,” the mascot character of the Osaka Kansai japan Expo, along with heart patterns and two leaves. The words “日本国（Japan）” and the face value “千円（1000 yen）” are also engraved on it.
On the reverse side, the year and the words “1000 YEN” and “２０２5年日本国際博覧会（2025 Japan Expo）” are engraved in a way that forms a circle, with the logo of this expo depicted in the center.
