On July 30, 2025, the U.S. government announced an executive order titled “Termination of De Minimis Exemption for All Countries” regarding mail to the United States.
This order terminates the existing duty-free treatment for goods valued at $800 or less, resulting in the imposition of tariffs. Consequently, Japan Post has decided to temporarily suspend acceptance of mail destined for the United States.
Coin exports conducted via platforms like eBay are often shipped through Japan Post. This tariff measure may impact coin sales as well.
Many other shipping companies prohibit the handling of coins altogether.
Our store will also temporarily suspend coin sales to the United States.
We will announce when service resumes.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Thank you for your understanding.
